Apologies that this blog is a couple of days later than I hoped. Ethan went back to school on Thursday so we had the time to do a proper tidy up and sort out and we had to put away all the Christmas stuff.
Now that we are back to normality I want to start implementing some changes to hopefully makes us more fit and healthy. I'm going to try and go back to clean eating (although I won't follow it 100%) but we will follow it as best we can. I want to drink more water and green tea and cut out other drinks. I'd also like to start making sure I do at least 10,000 steps a day, consistently!
I'm hoping that by writing it down and making it public knowledge we can stick to it.....
